This Program Follows the 3M Respiratory Solutions
After completion of this program, attendees will be able to carry-out fit testing on behalf of their employers for the people they work with. They will also learn the necessary requirements for documentation and record keeping in order to comply with WorkSafeBC Rules and Regulations Part 8.32 to 8.45 dealing with respirator use.
COURSE DETAILS:
In addition to the material in the End User Respiratory program this program prepares the participants to administer Qualitative Fit Tests.

Overview of the components of the Qualitative Fit Testing kit
Explanation on how to prepare equipment
An understanding of the Fit Testing requirements to the CSA Z94.4
Clarification of basic Fit Testing terminology
Fit Testing procedures
Demonstration of the steps to follow for qualitative fit testing
Hands on practice of fit testing procedures one on one
All students that pass will be mailed a certificate following the course.
