We offer industry leading training and certification with 3M Essentials and Comprehensive Fall-Protection, 3M Confined Space Entrant and Attendant and 3MRespiratory Fit Testing Train the Trainer. These classes can be held in our training room located at Canada Safety Equipment or I can bring the classes right to your facility.

Elevation Training Systems Inc. was created by Cam Morneau in 2021 when he decided to embark on a new adventure after an injury forced him to make a change in his career. He holds Red Seal certifications in plumbing, pipefitting, and steam fitting as well as registration in gas fitting. Aside from his years spent in the piping industry, he also supervised and trained in oil and gas as well as mining industries. Because of his experiences, Cam saw first-hand the importance of proper safety training.
He is certified in Occupational Health and Safety from Okanagan College in Kelowna, British Columbia. He is also a certified trainer through 3M Canada teaching the 3M Fall Protection Essentials and Comprehensive programs as well as the 3M Confined Space Entrant and Attendant program. Additionally he offers the 3M Train the Trainer Respiratory Fit Testing class for those who wish to become a fit tester for their place of business.
Cam’s goal and commitment are to bring industry-leading training and certification to workers so they can be safe where they work every day. We believe that serious injuries resulting from working at heights and in confined spaces are completely preventable.
That is why he has chosen to work with the best in the industry, the 3M Fall Protection Training, formally known as Fall Protection Group. This is an industry-leading training program that will give workers the knowledge and skills to safely work at heights and within confined spaces. These programs will help them recognize the hazards and know what equipment is best suited for the task they are performing.
